How do I take care of my socks?
Socks are suitable for machine washing at no more than 30°C and should not be put in the tumble dryer or ironed. After washing, hang them carefully on your clothesline and wait until they are completely dry and ready to be worn again.

Can I track my package?

When can I expect my order to be dispatched?
We normally process and dispatch most orders within 24 working hours. When your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number. Please note that if you have ordered several items, they will be sent together in one package. Please note that orders are only dispatched when all the items are ready, which can lead to delays.

Can I amend my order or address after I have placed it?
Unfortunately, it is difficult to change your order or the shipping address once it has been placed. We aim to deliver the best products and services for you, so our warehouse is processing orders within a few hours of receiving them. If a change is absolutely necessary please contact us within 2 hours max from when the order is placed and we will do our best to help out.
